Extended Education's summer catalog is just out and has expanded its offerings of unique summer courses through strategic partnerships with community organizations, local museums and TCU faculty and alumni. The new summer catalog is now available in print and online at www.lifelong.tcu.edu.

Among the creative courses are summer youth activities including “TCU Middle School Mini-mester” where students can learn about Fort Worth wildlife, digital photography and Lego building. Other unique offerings for children include “Summer Camp with Barbie,” “Spanish Immersion Camp” and “Chinese Culture and Craft.” Other notable courses include "Cooking With Your Healthcare Dollars” where participants learn healthy planning and cooking tips and "English as a Second Language," which provides instruction in levels from beginning to advanced.

Extended Education also will offer its traditional courses this summer including art, computers, languages, investing and interior design. Beginning and intermediate guitar, piano, dancing for the rhythmically challenged and yoga courses also will be offered.
