TCU Retirees' meeting Oct. 28 at Broadway Baptist Church

"Sam" Hong, 16, is the youngest student ever enrolled at TCU, having arrived at age 12 to study in the School of Music.

The TCU Retirees Association will have their monthly luncheon meeting at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 28 at Broadway Baptist Church. Visitors are welcome to attend, no reservations necessary.

Cost for the meal ranges between $5 and $9, depending on menu selections.

The program will be a piano recital by Sahun Hong, 16, a student of John Owings in the School of Music. “Sam,” as he is known, is the youngest student ever enrolled at TCU, having entered at the age of 12 as a fulltime student and piano major. He has won numerous competitions and performed with several symphony orchestras.
