This week, TCU will hold various on-campus activities to provide an opportunity for students, faculty, staff and the Fort Worth community to honor Horned Frog veterans.

Yellow ribbons will be available to wear Nov. 10-11. Key activities include:
  • Walls of Honor located on the first floor of Brown-Lupton University Union (BLUU) and the main lobby of Mary Couts Burnett Library for the TCU community to place photographs of and messages for loved ones who have served in the military.
  • Memorial Ceremony held at TCU’s Veterans Plaza (www.veteransplaza.tcu.edu)  on Nov. 10 at 9:30 a.m. A wreath will be laid in honor of Fallen Frogs; Chancellor Victor J. Boschini Jr. will deliver a speech; TCU ROTC and Air Force cadets will participate in the ceremony. Event is open to the public.
  • Campuswide Moment of Silence to take place on Veterans Day (Nov. 11) at 11 a.m.

As a Yellow Ribbon campus, TCU is an affordable option for veterans wishing to attend a private university and offers special programs to serve the needs of this growing population.
