In this 1914 photograph, player Jim McKown wears the TCU uniform of the day.

As the TCU Horned Frogs baseball team begins their journey to Omaha, fans return to Lupton Stadium to catch the games and cheer their team on. It’s a season you won’t want to miss. But, if you can’t catch all the games – you can catch the Library's online exhibit designed to showcase TCU baseball.

It traces the evolution of the Frogs on the diamond over the years. The photo collection provides an opportunity to track the development of the team in a different way – its uniforms. From wool to double-knit, uniforms have definitely come a long way from the plain styles of 100 years ago to today’s more colorful and assorted versions.
