Faculty & Friends Chamber Music set for Monday evening

The TCU School of Music invites you to "Chiaroscuro," the second concert in the Faculty & Friends Chamber Music Series for 2011-2012, Monday, Nov. 21, at 7 p.m. in PepsiCo Recital Hall.

 

Performers include Meg Griffith (flauto traverse),
 Stewart Williams (oboe),
 Gary Whitman (clarinet), 
Charles Hall (bassoon),
 Heather Test (horn),
 Richard Estes (baritone),
 San-ky Kim (tenor),
 Laura Logan and Jaymee Haefner (harp),
 Joe Butler (harpsichord),
 Harold Martina and Tamás Ungar (piano), Curt Thompson (violin), 
Collegium Musicum TCU
 and Timothy Watkins, program annotator.

 

The program includes “Brandenburg” Concerto No. 5 in D Major by Johann Sebastian Bach, Siete Canciones Populares Españolas, for Voice and Two Harps by Manuel de Falla (Arr. Carlos Salzedo), Canticle III, Still falls the rain, for tenor, horn and piano, Op.55 by Benjamin Britten and Quintet in E-flat Major for Piano and Winds, Op. 16  by Ludwig van Beethoven.
