Random sample of TCU employees to be polled this week
Published: 3/5/2012

Last year, TCU was recognized by The Chronicle of Higher Education as a Great College to Work For. Once again TCU is participating in this program, a study designed to recognize institutions that have built great workplaces.

Part of the program involves an employee survey distributed to a sample of each institution’s full-time faculty, administrators and staff. This survey was designed specifically for higher education. Beginning today, the survey will be distributed to a random selection of TCU employees. For those included in this random sample,  each will receive an invitation encouraging participation in this survey. This invitation arrive via email.

If you receive the invitation, please take a moment to complete the survey. You will be representing not only yourself, but all your colleagues, so please share your feedback. The results of the survey will be factored into the overall scoring process that will ultimately determine the institutions recognized. After The Chronicle publishes the findings this summer, TCU will receive a report that summarizes responses to the survey questions.

This is a confidential survey that measures the strength of certain organizational competencies and relationships that most directly impact and influence our culture. Your participation and honest feedback are critical to the assessment process. To ensure the confidentiality of  responses, the survey will be processed by ModernThink LLC, a research and consulting firm focusing on workplace excellence. TCU will not be given any information that would enable us to trace survey data back to any one individual.
All are encouraged to participate! A high response rate helps ensure accurate results and demonstrates the commitment of TCU’s workforce.
