Gates open at 7 p.m. with the opening act featuring Tim Halperin (singer/songwriter, "American Idol" finalist and 2010 TCU Honors graduate) from 8-8:40 p.m. and Blake Shelton beginning at 9 p.m. The concert will end between 10:15 and 10:30 p.m. The Kelly Center lawn will be standing room only; lawn chairs will be permitted on the Kelly Center parking lot.

Wristbands for the concert must be picked up at the BLUU Information Desk during the day on Thursday, Sept. 6. NO ONE will be admitted to the concert without a wristband.
