Support the Horned Frogs: Attend "ESPN College GameDay" Saturday morning!

"ESPN College GameDay" will make its first-ever visit to TCU and Fort Worth Saturday when the Horned Frogs  (now ranked fourth in all polls) host No. 14 Utah. Kickoff is set for 6:30 p.m. at Amon G. Carter Stadium.

ESPN's popular show, featuring hosts Chris Fowler, Lee Corso, Kirk Herbstreit and Desmond Howard, will set up in the Campus Commons. Air time is 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. In addition to the ESPN morning show staff, crews from ESPN radio and CBS College Sports will also be on campus.

A spokesman for TCU Athletics offers this information on Saturday's big match-up between TCU and Utah and the events leading up to the 6:30 p.m. kickoff in Amon Carter Stadium. First, we anticipate a sellout for the game — the first since 2006, and on the second sellout since 1984.  Ticket holders are advised to get in the stands early, and stay in the stands for the entire game.  And, most important of all, Horned Frog fans should demonstrate their "Purple Pride" by wearing purple ... as part of the "GameDay" audience at the Campus Commons, and later at the game. It is also the "Frogs for the Cure" game and those purple shirts are on sale at the TCU Barnes & Noble Bookstore, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Susan G. Komen for the Cure Tarrant County.
