Will you participate in Commencement on Dec. 19?

All faculty and staff with advanced degrees, employed on at least a three-quarter-time basis, are invited to participate in the faculty procession at Commencement Dec. 19 in Daniel-Meyer Coliseum.

Commencement begins at 1 p.m.  and graduates will line up in the north concourse of the Coliseum at 12:15 p.m.  Faculty and staff will line up downstairs in the lower concourse hallways (stadium side) at 12:30 p.m.

To order regalia, please fill out the Regalia Reservation form which you received via e-mail from Nancy Styles on Nov. 23 no later than Thursday, Dec. 3.  You will then need to fax the form to 281-374-6042 or e-mail it to Gregg McDonald at hjcollegetx@sbcglobal.net.  Payment is due upon pick up but the University will pay half of your rental fee after the fact.  For reimbursement, take your completed reimbursement form, signed by your chair, dean or supervisor with your receipt to the Office of the Provost, Sadler 302.

Regalia must be picked up at the Coliseum on Friday, Dec.18, between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Please consider participating in what is probably the most important event in the life of a university.  Many thanks for your cooperation.

If you plan to participate, please e-mail Mike Butler at m.butler@tcu.edu (be sure to include your TCU Box number) or return your response by Monday, Dec. 7 to Mike Butler, TCU Box 297200.
