He is an ensemble member of the American Theatre Company in Chicago and an associate member of the Society of Stage Directors and Choreographers. He is the producing artistic director and founder of Fort Worth's FireStarter Productions, as well as the artistic leadership associate at the Atlantic Theater Company in New York City.
