Theatre TCU staging "The Elephant Man" Feb. 28-March 2

Based on the life of John Merrick, The Elephant Man by Bernard Pomerance is the compelling story of a terribly deformed man who had become a side show attraction that the world viewed with horror and disgust. He is rescued from this life by Frederick Treves, a lecturer in anatomy at the London Hospital. Upon meeting Merrick, people from all facets of London society are forced to examine their definitions of human dignity.
