TCU's officially a great place to work!

The Chronicle of Higher Education has selected TCU as one of 103 top universities honored as a “Great Colleges to Work For” and because we scored well in more than four categories, the University was also one of 42 schools named to the Honor Roll.

“It is an honor to be recognized as one of the ‘Great Colleges to Work For,’” said Chancellor Victor J. Boschini Jr. “TCU strives for excellence in all it does, and it is rewarding to be recognized for those efforts.”

The Chronicle of Higher Education surveyed a random sample of TCU employees who provided answers directly to the publication. Honorees were chosen based on responses to the survey and honored in one or more categories. This was TCU’s second time to participate in the survey.

TCU was honored in 11 of the 12 categories including Collaborative Governance; Professional/Career Development Programs; Teaching Environment; Compensation & Benefits; Facilities, Workspaces & Security; Job Satisfaction & Support; Work/Life Balance; Confidence in Senior Leadership; Supervisor or Department-Chair Relationship; Respect and Appreciation; and Tenure Clarity and Process.
