Not only is it a free guest day, but the first 2,000 attendees will receive a free purple workout towel. There will also be free group exercise classes, free chair massages and free food on the agenda.

Drop by and enter the raffle to win an iPad Mini, a three-session personal training package, hour-long Swedish massages and more.

The University Rec Center opened on Jan. 27, 2003 after a $30 million addition and renovation to the outdated Rickel Bldg. which went up in 1972. The 232,500 square foot facility is said to provide one of the highest amounts of recreation space per student in the nation. (While the national average for campus recreation space is 14.5 square feet per student, TCU offers more than 20 square feet per student).
